HLA-A基因与1型糖尿病早期胰岛功能的相关性研究

  【摘要】 目的 探讨江阴地区T1DM患者发病早期胰岛功能与HLA-A基因频率的相关性。 方法 选取江阴地区21例新诊断的T1DM患者进行HLA-A基因分型,对基因频率与胰岛功能进行相关性分析。选择同地区、遗传背景相近的中华骨髓库无关供者HLA分型资料20 248份作为研究对照。 结果 HLA-A*24在T1DM患者中频率明显升高(T1DM组28.57% vs 对照组16.8%),且与胰岛功能破坏显著相关。 结论 含有HLA-A*24位点的T1DM患者的胰岛功能在发病早期更易被完全破坏。

  Relationship between HLA-A gene and islet function in the early stages of type 1 diabetic

  【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between islet function and HLA-A gene frequency in the patients with early stages of type 1 diabetes in Jiangyin area. Methods 21 cases of early stages of type 1 diabetic patients in Jiangyin was recruited. The HLA-A was genotyped and the correlation between HLA-A gene frequency and islet function was analyzed. HLA typing data of another 20,248 subjects with the similar genetic background from the Chinese Marrow Donor Program were chosen as controls. Results The loci of A*24 was susceptibility gene for type 1 diabetes(T1DM 28.57% vs control 16.8%), and it had significant correlation to the early destruction of islet function. Conclusions The islet function is more easily destroyed in the early stages of type 1 diabetic patients with the loci of A*24.
