【摘要】 目的 利用动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)探讨不同HbA1c水平T2DM患者的血糖特点。 方法 将178例T2DM患者按HbA1c水平分为3个组,通过CGMS进行血糖监测。 结果 各组HbA1c与全天平均血糖值(24hMBG)均有相关性(P<0.05),与平均血糖漂移幅度(MAGE)无相关性。HbA1c≤7.5%时,餐后血糖与之相关性较好(P<0.05)。HbA1c>7.5%时,与三餐前血糖相关性较好(P<0.05)。 结论 HbA1c代表血糖的整体水平,但不能反映血糖的稳定性,而CGMS可反映血糖的波动规律。HbA1c和CGMS联合应用更加有利于血糖的综合管理。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the characteristics of blood glucose in type 2 diabetic patients by continuous glucose monitoring system(CGMS). Method 178 cases of type 2 diabetic patients were divided into three group and blood glucose was measured by CGMS for 3 days. Results (1)24h mean blood glucose had a correlation with HbA1c(P<0.05),but the mean amplitude of glucose excursion (MAGE) is independent of HbA1c.(2)When the HbA1c≤7.5%,postprandial glucose had a correlation with MAGE(P<0.05).The preprandial glucose had better correlation when HbA1c>7.5%(P<0.05). Conclusions (1)The mean daily glycemia highly correlates with HbA1c.(2)Combined application of HbA1c and CGMS is beneficial to glucose management.
