NOW+TM糖化血红蛋白测试卡性能的评价

  【摘要】 目的 A1cNOW+TM糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)测试卡是一种即时检测设备,本研究旨在评价其性能。 方法 使用A1cNOW+TM测试卡测定237例门诊患者的HbA1c水平,并与中心实验室的TOSOH G7仪器测定的HbA1c结果进行相关分析;检测该仪器的精密度,并分析二甲双胍和维生素C对检测结果的影响。 结果 A1cNOW+TM测定值(Y)与TOSOH G7测定值(X)的回归方程为Y=0.9924X+0.0785(r= 0.97,P<0.001)。误差分析显示,两者之间的检测误差介于0%~18.2%。精密度分析显示,同批号测试卡的批内变异系数(CV)为2.1%~5.0%,不同批号测试卡的批间CV为3.6%~3.9%。二甲双胍给药前后的测试卡结果与TOSOH G7的检测结果分别为7.5%±1.07%、7.4%±0.99%和7.7%±1.12%(P>0.05)。 结论 A1cNOW+TM快速HbA1c测试卡具有良好的准确度、精密度和抗干扰能力,且操作简便、快捷,适合医院快速检测。

  【Abstract】 Objective A1cNOW+TM is a newly developed point-of-care device for glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) test, The aim of this study was to evaluate the performance of the device. Methods A total of 237 individuals participated in the this study. Finger prick samples were tested by the A1cNOW+TM system, and the vein blood samples were tested using automatic TOSOH G7 system in the central lab. The correlation between the results of the two methods was analyzed.Precision of the A1cNOW+TM system were evaluated. The effects of metformin and vitamin C consumption on the performance of the device were also investigated. Results The readings of the A1cNOW+TM analyzer (Y) were well correlated with the HbA1c results of the TOSOH G7 (X), with the linear equation of Y=0.9924X+0.0785, r=0.97 (P<0.001). Error analysis showed that the reading difference between two methods was within 0%~18.2%. The precision test revealed that the intra-lot coefficient of variation (CV) of the A1cNOW+TM was 2.1%~5.0% and the lot-to-lot CVs were 3.6%~3.9%.The drug interference test showed that the pre-dose readings, post-dose readings and TOSOH G7 test results in the 10 individuals taking meformin were 7.5%±1.07%, 7.4%±0.99% and 7.7%±1.12% (P>0.05), respectively. Conclusions A1cNOW+TM system holds nice accuracy, precision and anti-drug-interference ability. It is suitable for the HbA1c testing in hospital.

  【摘要】 目的 调查北京市昌平区10~18岁超重/肥胖人群空腹血糖受损(IFG)的患病率。 方法 随机抽样获得样本3409名。体检并记录身高、体重、血压,计算BMI。BMI高于同年龄性别第85百分点者测定空腹血糖。 FPG≥5.6 mmol/L者做口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)。 结果 空腹血糖筛查发现81例IFG和1例2型糖尿病。超重/肥胖儿童青少年IFG患病率6.12%。OGTT结果显示,除1例2型糖尿病外未发现餐后血糖>7.8 mmol/L者。 结论 本地区10~18岁超重/肥胖人群IFG患病率较低。

  The prevalence survey of impaired fasting glucose in Chinese children and adolescents with over weight/obesity in Changping district of Beijing

  【Abstract】 Objective To survey the prevalence of impaired fasting glucose (IFG) in Chinese children and adolescents aged 10 to 18 years in Changping district. Methods In 2007, 9 schools were randomly selected from a total of 84 schools in the Changping district of Beijing. Students of the 9 schools were stratified according to their age and then randomly selected. We get a sample of 3,409 subjects (1850 boys and 1559 girls). Body weight, the height and blood pressure were measured. The BMI was then calculated. Fasting plasma glucose was measured in the children with a body mass index≥85th percentile. The oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) was performed in all the subjects with fasting glucose≥5.6 mmol/L. Results Eighty-one impaired fasting glucose subjects and one girl with type 2 diabetes (T2DM) were identified. The prevalence of IFG in the children and adolescents with overweight/obesity group was 6.12%. Based on OGTT, 31 of the 81 IFG subjects were proved to have IFG and no postprandial hyperglycemia or IGT was found except for one girl with T2DM. Conclusion Prevalence of IFG in children and adolescents of Changping district is low.
