·糖尿病的胰岛素治疗·

　　【摘要】 目的 探讨短期胰岛素泵(CSII)联合动态血糖监测(CGMS)强化治疗对新诊断的T2DM患者的中远期疗效。 方法 随访观察36例新诊断的T2DM患者进行为期两周胰岛素泵强化治疗后的血糖控制及不服用药物血糖达标持续时间。 结果 CSII治疗3d后血糖达标率69.4%，7d血糖达标率88.9%，2周血糖达标率97.2%;缓解期超过3个月的患者共31例(86.1%)，超过6个月23例(63.9%)，超过12个月16例(44.4%)，超过18个月10例(27.8%)。 结论  联合CGMS,胰岛素泵强化治疗可迅速使新诊断的T2DM患者血糖达标，使残存胰岛β细胞得到一定程度恢复。

　　The efficacy observation of CSII intensified therapy in newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients

　　【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapeutic effects of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion(CSII)in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 36 patients with newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients received CSII therapy for two weeks.Blood glucose level and the time needed to control hyperglycemia were recorded. Results The arrival rate of glucose target 3 days,7 days,2 weeks after CSII were 69.4%，88.9%，97.2%, respectively. The remission rates of patients who maintained optimal glycemic control for more than 3, 6, 12 and 18 months after withdrawal of insulin were 86.1%,63.9%,44.4% and 27.8%,respectively. Conclusion Patients with newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus can achieve optimal glycemic levels after two weeks of CSII intensive therapy.CSII may decrease glucotoxicity to pancreatic β cells.
