【摘要】 目的 了解不同体质指数(BMI)的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的血管性血友病因子(vWF)水平以及胰岛素抵抗(IR)程度。 方法 依据BMI将134例T2DM患者分为正常体重组(50例)、超重组(50例)与肥胖组(34例),分别测定血浆vWF水平,并评估、比较各组IR程度。 结果 肥胖组的vWF水平、HOMA-IR高于正常体重组(P<0.05);各组间胰岛素作用指数(IAI)及定量胰岛素敏感性指数(QUICKI)有统计学差异(P<0.05); HOMA-IR、IAI及QUICKI各指标间呈正相关。 结论 肥胖的T2DM患者血浆vWF水平升高、IR程度明显加重。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate von Willebrand factor (vWF) and insulin resistance(IR) in type 2 diabetes with different body mass index. Methods 134 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into normal body weight group, overweight group and obese group. The plasma vWF were determined, and IR were assessed. Results The levels of vWF and HOMA-IR in obese group were higher than in normal body weight group(vWF: 142.26%±45.40% vs 121.15%±21.39%, P<0.05; HOMA-IR: 4.42±3.97 vs 1.79±1.12, P<0.05). Among the three groups , IAI and the QUICKI were significantly different(P<0.05). Interrelations of HOMA-IR, IAI and QUICKI indexes were all positive. Conclusions The obese patients with type 2 diabetes show a increased plasma vWF levels and more severity of insulin resistance.
