【摘要】 目的  探讨T2DM患者血浆中瘦素、胰岛素水平及其microRNA（miRNA）表达的相关性研究。 方法  选取150例T2DM患者（T2DM）和150名NGT者，比较两组瘦素、胰岛素等水平。瘦素和胰岛素水平采用RIA kit法测定。采用mirVanaTM  

PARISTM Kit提取血浆中RNA，采用TaqMan标准的RT-PCR分析测定miRNA-296及miRNA-9的含量。 结果  miRNA-296表达与血浆中瘦素水平有相关性，miRNA-9表达与胰岛素水平有相关性。 结论  T2DM患者血浆中瘦素、胰岛素水平及其miRNA表  达有相关性，但机制尚不明确。 

   【Abstract】 Objective  To investigate the association between the level of plasma leptin, insulin and their miRNA expression in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.  Methods  A total of 300 subjects were enrolled in this study and divided into two groups: T2DM patients as the experimental group (n=150), subjects with normal glucose tolerance as control group (n=150). Plasma leptinand insulin weretested by RIA kit and compared between two groups. Mir Vana TM PARISTM Kit was used for plasma RNA extraction. miRNA-296 and miRNA-9's contentwere measured by the standard TaqMan real-time PCR.  Results   miRNA-296 expression was correlated with plasma leptin levels, and miRNA-9 expression was correlated with plasma insulin levels.   Conclusion  Plasma leptin and insulin levels were correlated with their miRNA expression in patients with T2DM.But the mechanism is unclear.
