【摘要】 目的 观察组合运动训练对T2DM患者血液生化指标及体质的影响。 方法 将38例T2DM患者随机分为实验组20例和对照组18例,对照组给予降糖降脂药物,不进行任何运动方案的训练,实验组给予降糖降脂药物的同时,进行12周的组合训练方案(间歇运动+有氧运动+阻抗训练)。分别对实验前后两组对应数据进行比较分析。 结果 治疗后,两组FPG、HbA1c、TG、LDL-C和TC均较治疗前降低,但实验组降低的更明显(P<0.05或P<0.01),而HDL-C比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组体重,WHR、BMI、体脂百分比、WC及血压均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),而对照组除血压外(P<0.05),其他指标变化比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组肌力增加(P<0.01)。 结论 组合运动联合药物治疗可辅助性提高药物治疗的疗效,更好地改善T2DM患者的糖脂代谢能力,提高患者的力量素质,进而提高患者的体质健康水平。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe effects on blood biochemical indexes and body constitution in T2DM patients by combined exercise training and medical therapy. Methods 38 T2DM patients were randomly divided into test group(n=20) and control group(n=18). In addition to medication, the test group undertaken combined exercise training programme(intermittent movement+aerobic movement+resistance training)for 12 weeks. The corresponding data were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of FPG, HbA1c, TG, LDL-C and TC were lower than before treatment in both groups, with the decrease more significantly in test group(P<0.05 or P<0.01), while the change of HDL-C had no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). In test group, body weight, WHR, BMI, percentage body fat and waist circumference decreased after treatment(P<0.01), and myodynamia increased significantly (P<0.01). In control group, there were no significant differencse in the changes of above-mentioned indices, except for BP. Conclusion Combined exercise training in combination with medication could auxiliary improve therapeutic efficacy and metabolic capability of glucose and lipid, enhance their strength quality and physical health in T2DM patients.
