【摘要】 目的 探讨血尿酸(SUA)水平升高与T2DM患者动脉粥样硬化(AS)风险增高的相关性。 方法 选取T2DM患者248例,将SUA水平按照三分位法进行分组,采用B型超声检测各组颈动脉内-中膜厚度(CIMT)。 结果 SUA水平与WC、BMI、FIns、TC、LDL-C、血肌酐(Scr)和CIMT呈正相关(P<0.01),与T2DM病程、FPG、HbA1c和肾小球滤过率(eGFR)呈负相关(P<0.01)。校正年龄、性别、T2DM病程、吸烟、饮酒、eGFR、HbA1c、LDL-C、eGFR、HOMA-IR和BMI等因素后,高分位组CIMT发生颈AS风险高于低分位组[OR(95%CI):2.96(1.83~4.25),P=0.019]。 结论 SUA水平是T2DM患者AS的独立危险因素。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the relationship between elevated serum uric acid (SUA) concentrations and higher risk of atherosclerosis in T2DM patients. Methods A total of 248 T2DM patients were enrolled in this study. All the subjects were divided into three groups according to SUA level by tertile. Carotid artery intima-media thickness (CIMT) was measured by B-mode ultrasound. Results SUA were positively associated with WC, BMI, FIns, TC, LDL-C, Scr and CIMT (P<0.01), but negatively associated with duration of T2DM, FPG, HbA1c and eGFR (P<0.01). After adjusted for age, gender, duration of T2DM, smoking, drinking, eGFR, HbA1c, LDL-C, HOMA-IR and BMI, the risk of carotid artery atherosclerosis were significantly higher in the highest quartile of SUA group than in the lowest quartile of SUA group [OR(95%CI):2.96(1.83~4.25), P=0.019]. Conclusion SUA concentration is an independent risk factor for carotid artery atherosclerosis in T2DM patients.
