糜酶与传统心血管危险因子的交互作用与糖尿病的相关性研究

  糖尿病大血管病变

   [摘要] 目的 探讨糜酶、传统心血管危险因子及糜酶与传统心血管危险因子的交互作用与糖尿病的关系。 方法 选择城市社区55~75岁常住居民1197名,检测空腹与餐后血糖,根据检测结果选择血糖正常者71名和糖尿病者80例行生化与免疫指标检测。 结果 校正年龄、性别、BMI与BP因素后,年龄、性别、超重、HOMA–β和HOMA-IR与糖尿病存在正相关;糜酶与年龄、性别、BMI、中心性肥胖、TC、TG、高胰岛素水平、胰岛素功能指数和HOMA-IR的交互作用与糖尿病存在关联性。 结论 传统心血管因子与糖尿病存在关联性,糜酶与传统心血管危险因子的交互作用与糖尿病存在关联性。

  [Abstract] Objective To explore the associations of diabetes with chymase, traditional cardiovascular risk factors and the interactions between them, and to provide the basis for the mechanism of diabetes. Methods 1197 permanent residents aged 55 to 75 at urban community were involved in the study and received detections of fasting and postprandial blood glucose. 71 normal blood sugar and 80 pre-diabetes individuals were selected. Results After adjustment for age, gender, BMI and blood pressure factors, the central obesity, moderate insulin increasing, decreased beta cell function and insulin resistant were positively related with DM. There were significant associations of central obesity, moderate insulin increasing, decreased beta cell function and insulin resistant with DM. There were also significant associations of DM with the interactions between chymase and traditional cardiovascular risk factors. Conclusion There were significant associations of traditional cardiovascular risk factors with DM. And the interaction between chymase and traditional cardiovascular risk factors were also significantly related with DM. Some cardiovascular risk factors of diabetes exit in the stage of DM.
