【摘要】目的 观察胰升血糖素样肽-1(DPP-1)受体地激动剂与二肽基肽酶-4(DPP-4)对于T2DM治疗的临床疗效。方法 将T2DM患者按随机数字表法分为DPP-4组和GLP-1组，每组各40例。26周后，观察两组治疗疗效及各项指标的变化。 结果 26周后，两组FPG及HbA1c均较治疗前下降(P<0.05)。与DPP-4组比较，GLP-1组治疗效果好，但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 GLP-1治疗T2DM的疗效优于DPP-4，值得在临床上推广使用。

　　【Abstract】 Objective To study the dipeptide group peptidase 4 type inhibitor drugs (DPP - 4) and glp-1 excited drugs for type 2 diabetes clinical curative effect of treatment.Methods:Our hospital endocrinology in June 2012 to June 2013 outpatient and hospitalization of patients with type 2 diabetes, 80 cases according to random number table method in DPP - 4 groups and glp-1 group, 40 cases in each group, DPP - 4 group was given drug west Glenn, glp-1 group was given drug lalu peptide, and observe the curative effect between the two groups after 26 weeks, and the change of the indicators.Results: two groups of patients with type 2 diabetes after 26 weeks of treatment, two groups of fasting blood glucose and HbA1c (%) into a downward trend, statistically significant difference (P < 0.05), glp-1 group compared with the DPP - 4 group, treatment effect is good, but there was no statistically significant difference (P > 0.05).Conclusion: Glp-1 excited the curative effect of drugs in the treatment of type 2 diabetes is better than that of dipeptide base peptidase 4 class of drugs, is worth popularizing in clinical use.
