【摘要】 目的 探讨IFG及T2DM男性患者血清铁蛋白(SF)水平的变化及其临床意义。方法 选取2011年至2012年于我院查体的男性公务员1146名，依据血糖水平将研究对象分为正常血糖(NC)组、IFG组和T2DM组，测定SF及其他生化指标。 结果 多元线性回归分析显示，男性SF水平与FPG、DBP、BMI及TC呈正相关(R2=0.059,P <0.05);多分类变量Logistic回归分析显示，男性IFG的危险因素是年龄及BMI，OR(95%CI)分别为1.055(1.027~1.083)及1.102(1.041~1.166)。T2DM的危险因素是年龄、BMI及SF，OR(95%CI)分别为1.106(1.058~1.156)、1.126(1.03~1.231)及1.002(1.001~1.003)。结论 男性SF与FPG、DBP、BMI及TC呈正相关;男性T2DM的危险因素是年龄、BMI及SF。
【Abstract】Objective To explore the change of serum ferritin level and its clinical significance in male patients with impaired fasting glucose and diabetes mellitus. Methods 1146 male civil servants checked body from 2011 to 2012 were selected and divided into normal blood glucose (NC) group, IFG group and DM group according to the level of blood glucose. SF and other biochemical indicators were determined. Results Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the level of SF in male was positively correlated with FPG, diastolic pressure, BMI, total cholesterol (R2=0.059, P<0.05); multi-classification variable logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors of IFG in male were age and BMI, whose OR were 1.055(95%CI1.027~1.083), 1.102(95%CI 1.041~1.166); the risk factors of DM were age, BMIand SF, whose OR were 1.106(95%CI 1.058~1.156), 1.126(95%CI 1.03~1.231), 1.002(95%CI 1.001~1.003). Conclusion The level of SF in male was positively correlated with FPG, DBP, BMI and TC; the risk factors of T2DM were age, BMI and SF.
