　　表观遗传和肥胖

　　【摘要】 表观遗传是在基因DNA序列没有发生改变的情况下，研究基因表达水平的变化。表观遗传主要涉及DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰和miRNA对基因转录后水平的调控等。表观遗传与肥胖发生的关系日益收到重视，并为肥胖的发病机制研究提供了新的方向。

　　【Summary】 Epigenetics refers to the gene expression without the change of DNA sequence, involving DNA methylation, histone modifications and miRNA regulating of gene transcription levels. The relationship of epigenetics with obesity receives more and more attentions nowadays and provides a new direction for the studies on the pathogenesis of obesity.
