　　肾小球固有细胞模型及其在糖尿病慢性肾脏疾病中的研究进展

　　【提要】 DN是糖尿病的主要并发症之一，也是糖尿病致死的主要原因之一。DN细胞模型是研究其发病机制、干预措施及治疗方法的重要工具，目前建立的细胞模型,主要为肾小球内皮细胞、肾小球足细胞、肾小球系膜细胞三类。本文将三类细胞的原代培养方法、细胞系/株的建立方法及体外培养三类细胞模型在DN的运用做一简述，以探寻更为理想的细胞培养方法。

　　【Summary】 Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is the main complication of diabetes and the main cause of death of diabetics. The cell model of diabetic nephropathy is an important tool for the studies on its pathogenesis, intervening measures, and treatment methods. At present, the cell models established are of mainly three kinds, including the models of glomeruli endothelial cells, podocytes, and glomeruli mesangial cells. This article deals with the method for primary culture, the method of building cell line/strain, and the application of these three kinds of cell models in diabetic nephropathy for finding a better way of cell cultures.
