　载脂蛋白B与2型糖尿病患者尿白蛋白排泄率和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇达标率相关性的研究

　　【摘要】 目的 探讨载脂蛋白B(ApoB)与T2DM患者尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)及脂代谢异常的关系。 方法 纳入192例T2DM(T2DM组)及60例健康对照(NC)组，比较两组脂代谢情况的差异。 结果 T2DM组ApoB高于NC组[(1.00±0.30)mmol/L vs (0.92±0.32)mmol/L]。两组ApoB与LDL-C均相关，但T2DM组相关性低于NC组。当LDL-C<2.6 mmol/L时，仍有34.4%的T2DM患者ApoB>0.9 g/L，NC组为10%。 结论 ApoB是T2DM患者出现UAlb的危险因素，与T2DM患者UAER增加有关。较LDL-C、TC，ApoB更能说明T2DM脂代谢异常。

　　【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the potential role of apolipoprotein B (ApoB) in the risk stratification of dyslipidaemia and urinary albumin excretion in type 2 diabetic patients. To evaluate the correlation of apolipoprotein B (ApoB) with the urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) and dyslipidaemia in the T2DM patients. Methods In this study,192 T2DM patients and 60 healthy controls were recruited. The difference in the lipometabolism between the two groups was observed and compared. Results Diabetic subjects had higher serum levels of apoB than those in the NC group [(1.00±0.30)mmol/L vs (0.92±0.32)mmol/L]. The level of apoB in both groups was associated with the level of LDL-C, while this association in the T2DM group was lower than that in the NC group. In the condition of LDL-C <2.6 mmol/L, there was still 34.4% of the T2DM subjects having an apoB >0.9g/L, however, it was only 10% in the NC group. Conclusion ApoB plays an important role in the T2DM patients having UAlb. The increased UAER is involved in it. Comparing with LDL-C and TC, the level of ApoB is more important to explain the dyslipidaemia in T2DM.
