  【摘要】 目的 探讨不同糖耐量人群血浆分泌型卷曲相关蛋白5(SFRP5)水平变化及与APN、IR的关系。方法 采用ELISA测定不同糖耐量人群血浆SFRP5和APN水平,分析血浆SFRP5与APN及相关代谢指标的关系。结果 T2DM、IGT组血浆SFRP5水平低于正常对照(NC)组[ (42.99±20.89)μg/L vs (49.21±21.52) μg/L vs (78.48±23.72) μg/L,P<0.01]。肥胖者血浆SFRP5水平低于非肥胖者[(42.05±19.93)μg/L vs (67.72±26.48)μg/L,P<0.01]。相关性分析发现,血浆SFRP5水平与BMI、WHR、体内脂肪百分比(Fat%)、SBP、DBP、FPG、FIns、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、HbA1c 、TG、FFA呈负相关(P均<0.01),与APN、LDL-C呈正相关(P均<0.01)。结论 血清SFRP5水平在新诊断T2DM患者和肥胖人群中明显降低,可能与IR有关。

  【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of plasma secreted frizzled related protein 5 (SFRP5) levels in different glucose tolerance subjects and the correlation of SFRP5 with insulin resistance (IR) and adiponectin. Methods The levels of plasma SFRP5 and adiponectin were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in population with different glucose tolerances. The correlation of plasma SFRP5 with adiponection and metabolic parameters was also analyzed. Results The fasting plasma SFRP5 levels were decreased in the T2DM and IGT groups, lower than that in the NC group [ (42.99±20.89)μg/L vs (49.21±21.52)μg/L vs (78.48±23.72)μg/L, P<0.01]. The plasma SFRP5 levels in obesity subjects were significantly reduced, lower than that in the non-obesity subjects [(42.05±19.93)μg/L vs (67.72±26.48)μg/L, P<0.01]. The finding in correlation analysis was that the plasma SFRP5 level was negatively correlated with BMI, WHR, Fat%, SBP, DBP, FPG, FIns, HOMA-IR, HbA1c, TG, and FFA(P<0.01), and positively correlated with LDL-C and fasting adiponectin (P<0.01). Conclusion The plasma SFRP5 levels is decreased significantly in newly diagnosed T2DM and obesity subjects. It maybe plays a role in IR.
