【摘要】　目的 探讨无蛋白尿T2DM肾功能异常的影响因素。 方法 收集尿白蛋白排泄率正常的122例T2DM患者资料。根据肾小球滤过率(GFR)分为肾功能正常组(90例)和异常组(32例)，对两组间临床及实验室指标进行比较。 结果 Logistic回归分析显示性别、年龄、BMI、糖尿病病程及高血压史是独立相关影响因素。 结论 针对上述影响因素的综合预防及治疗对延缓肾功能减退有重要意义。

　　【Abstract】Objective To discuss the impact factors correlated with non-albuminuric renal insufficiency in type 2 diabetes. Methods The data of the patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from 1994 to 2008 were reviewed. The measurements of their urinary albumin excretion rate were within the normoalbuminuric range. They were divided on the basis of glomerular filtration rate (GFR) into group A, GFR ≥60ml/(min·1.73m2), and group B, GFR <60ml/(min·1. 73m2). The clinical and biochemical characteristics of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results A total of 122 cases, 57 males and 65 females, aged 24～85, averaged 58.94 years old, were studied. The Logistic regression analysis showed that the sex, age, BMI, diabetes course, and history of hypertension were independently associated impact factors of non-albuminuric renal insufficiency in type 2 diabetes. Conclusion Comprehensive prevention and treatment aimed directly at the above impact factors could delay the progression of renal insufficiency.
