　　【摘要】目的比较观察盐酸二甲双胍与盐酸二甲双胍+罗格列酮联合治疗对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法68例多囊卵巢综合征患者按入院后确诊的先后顺序随机分为两组，分别接受盐酸二甲双胍单药治疗及盐酸二甲双胍+罗格列酮联合治疗。随访观察6个月，对比观察治疗前后及两组之间多项指标。结果两组治疗后空腹及服糖后2小时胰岛素水平均低于治疗前;联合治疗组胰岛素水平，尤其是服糖后2小时胰岛素水平较单药治疗组下降更多，差异有统计学意义。且联合治疗组患者排卵恢复快。结论联合治疗组较单药治疗组可以更好地改善PCOS患者的胰岛素抵抗，恢复排卵。

　　【Abstract】ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic effect of combination of metformin and rosiglitazone in women with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).Methods68 patients with PCOS were divided into two groups of treatment: metformin alone, rosiglitazone and metformin combination. All patients were followed for 6 months.ResultsBMI , waist circumference (WC) and insulin level decreased after treatment. The insulin level decrement was more in combination group than in metformin group (P<0.05) And there were more patients presenting with menstrual onset recovery in combination treatment group versus metformin alone. ConclusionsInsulin resistance can be improved more with combination treatment, and menstrual onset recovers earlier in combination group, too.
