【摘要】 目的 研究T2DM患者执行功能特点及相关影响因素。 方法 用连线测验(TMTA、TMTB)、Stroop及Go-No/Go测试患者执行功能，用相关及回归分析执行功能的相关影响因素。 结果 T2DM患者认知计划功能受损，F(1，116)=68.59，P<0.001,抑制功能部分受损;T2DM患者执行功能与病程及血糖控制水平有明显相关性。 结论 T2DM患者执行功能表现出了可分离性;控制血糖水平可延缓T2DM患者认知损伤的发生。

　　　【Abstract】 Objective To study the characteristics of executive function of T2DM patients and its related factors. Methods Trail Making Tests, Go-No/Go test, and Stroop color-word test were used to investigate the executive function of the patients. The related factors of executive function were studied with the regression analysis. Results The cognitive planning tests (Trail Making) showed that the cognitive planning function was impaired, F(1, 116)=68.59, P<0.001, the inhibition function was partially impaired, and the executive function was significantly correlated with the course of disease and the controlled level of glucose. Conclusion The executive function of T2DM patients was partially impaired and showed separability. The controlled level of glucose is able to delay the cognitive impairment.
