血清CC亚族趋化因子配体20与2型糖尿病的相关性

  【摘要】 目的 探讨血清CC亚族趋化因子配体20(CCL20)的水平与T2DM和肥胖的关系。 方法 将82例正常对照(NGT)组分为非肥胖组(A组)和肥胖组(B组),79例初诊T2DM患者分为非肥胖组(C组)和肥胖组(D组)。测量两组身高、体重、BP、WC、臀围,测定FBG、FIns、HbA1c、血清UA、TC、TG、HDL-C及LDL-C,计算BMI、WHR和稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。 结果 D组血清CCL20的浓度较A组和B组明显升高(P<0.05)。简单相关分析显示,T2DM组中CCL20与UA和LDL-C呈正相关,与HDL-C呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析表明,LDL-C是血清CCL20的独立相关因素(P<0.01)。 结论 CCL20与T2DM密切相关,可能参与了T2DM的发生和发展。

  【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the association of serum chemokines CC ligand 20 (CCL20) with T2DM and obesity. Methods Eighty-two subjects with normal glucose tolerance were divided into non-obesity group (A group) and obesity group (B group), and 79 newly diagnosed T2DM patients were divided into non-obesity group (C group) and obesity group (D group). Height, weight, blood pressure, fasting plasma glucose (FBG), fasting insulin (FINS), HbA1c, serum uric acid (UA), total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were determined in all subjects. Body mass index (BMI), waist-to-hip ratio (WHR), and homeostasis model assessment for insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) were calculated. Results Compared with A group and B group , the levels of CCL20 in D group were significantly higher (P<0.05). Simple correlation analysis showed that in the T2DM group CCL20 was positively correlated with UA and LDL-C, but negatively with HDL-C (P<0.05). Furthermore, multiple regression analysis showed that LDL-C was the independent factor of serum CCL20 level (P<0.01). Conclusion CCL20 may play a role in the pathogenesis of T2DM.
