热休克蛋白与2型糖尿病发生发展的关系

【提要】 热休克蛋白是一种进化上高度保守的细胞应激蛋白,参与调节多种蛋白质的生物活性。2 型糖尿病是由遗传、环境、行为多种危险因素共同参与和相互作用引起的多因子病,发病机制主要涉及到胰岛素抵抗和胰岛素分泌缺陷。本文就热休克蛋白与2 型糖尿病发生发展之间的关系进行综述。

【Summary】Heat shock protein family (HSPs) are evolutionarily highly conserved cellular stress proteins. Heat shock proteins involved in regulating the biological activity of a variety of proteins. Type 2 diabetes is a multi-factor disease caused by genetic,environmental and behavioral factors,mainly related to the pathogenesis of insulin resistance and insulin secretion defects. This article reviews the relationship between heat shock protein and the occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes.
