【摘要】 目的 观察胰岛素联合辛伐他汀(SMT)对2型糖尿病患者血清C反应蛋白和脂联素水平的影响。 方法 69例T2DM患者随机分为Ins组和Ins+SMT组，分别给予胰岛素及胰岛素联合辛伐他汀，疗程共12周。分别检测两组患者治疗前后FBG、脂联素以及C反应蛋白水平，观察胰岛素联合辛伐他汀对T2DM患者血浆脂联素和C反应蛋白的影响。 结果 两组患者治疗后血糖均控制良好，Ins+SMT组血浆脂联素水平较Ins组明显升高(P<0.05)，而C反应蛋白较对照组明显下降(P<0.05)。 结论 胰岛素联合辛伐他汀不仅可良好控制T2DM患者血糖，同时还可提高患者血清脂联素水平，降低C反应蛋白，可在一定程度上降低T2DM患者并发动脉粥样硬化的危险性。

Effects of insulin combined with simvastatin on serum C-RP and adiponectin in type 2 diabetic patients

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of insulin combined with simvastatin on serum C-RP and adiponectin in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 9 cases with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups: insulin group (Ins) as a control and insulin plus simvastatin group (Ins plus SMT). The fasting levels of blood glucose (FBG), C-reactive protein (C-RP) and adiponectin were detected before and after treatment. Results The level of FBG in both groups were decreased after treatment for 12 weeks (P<0.05). The level of serum C-RP was decreased and the level of adiponectin was increased in insulin plus simvastatin group as compared with control group (all<0.05). Conclusion Treatment of type 2 diabetes with insulin combined with simvastatin not only can control blood glucose, but also can decrease plasma C-RP level and increase adiponectin level, which delays or reduces the risk of atherosclerosis.
