【提要】 Ghrelin是从大鼠胃组织分离并纯化出的由28个氨基酸组成的小分子活性肽,参与内分泌功能调节。自噬作为维持细胞内环境自身稳定的重要细胞内降解机制,参与多种心肌疾病发生发展。本文就近年来Ghrelin和自噬在糖尿病心肌病(DCM)方面的相关研究进行探讨。

【Summary】 Ghrelin involves in a variety of endocrine regulations as an active peptide containing 28 amino acids,which is isolated and purified from rat stomach tissues. As an important cellular degradation mechanism for the maintenance of intracellular homeostasis,autophagy has been confirmed to participate in the development of a variety of cardiomyopathies. We reviewed the recent studies on the effect of ghrelin and autophagy on diabetic cardiomyopathy.
