　　【摘要】 报告一例使用人胰岛素后出现自身免疫性低血糖患者，测定胰岛素自身抗体阳性，停胰岛素改为阿卡波糖口服后，低血糖发作减轻。

　　【Summary】 Reported one case of using human insulin due to autoimmune hypoglycemia patients, determination of insulin autoantibody positive, stoped insulin and changed to acarbose, hypoglycemia reduced.
