【摘要】报告一例应用甲巯咪唑后出现自身免疫性低血糖患者，检测IAA(+)，诊断“胰岛素自身免疫综合征”。患者未接受过胰岛素治疗，在低血糖发作时，胰岛素水平明显升高。停用甲巯咪唑改为丙硫氧嘧啶后，低血糖发作减轻。

　　【Summary】Reported one case of using methimazole due to autoimmune hypoglycemia patients, determination of IAA positive, diagnosis of insulin autoimmune syndrome. The patient did not receiving insulin treatment, in hypoglycemia，determination of blood insulin levels were significantly elevated, stoped methimazole and changed to propylthiouracil, hypoglycemia reduced.
