【摘要】 目的 通过检测IGR患者的听力情况，了解IGR患者中听力异常情况。方法 75 g OGTT筛查入选IGR(IGR组)患者30例，同时选取年龄性别匹配正常者25名作为对照(NC)组。对研究对象行纯音测听及声导抗检查，并将IGR患者分为两组，即有耳聋主诉亚组和无耳聋主诉亚组。 结果 IGR组30例中14例(46.67%)存在听力损失，NC组25名中3名(12%)存在听力损失(χ2=7.674，P=0.006)。有耳聋主诉亚组5例(80%)存在听力损失，无耳聋主诉亚组25例(40%)存在听力损失;无耳聋主诉亚组高频听阈与NC组比较，差异有统计学意义[(29.70±21.93)vs(15.00±7.12)kHz](P=0.015)。无耳聋主诉亚组伴耳鸣主诉的听力损失与有耳聋主诉亚组比较差异无统计学意义(4例 vs 6例，P=0.404)。结论 IGR患者听力损失发生率高，且听力损失可发生于出现耳聋症状前，多表现为高频听力受损。

　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the Pure-tone audiometry in patients with impaired glucose regulation. Methods All the participants underwent Oral Glucose Tolerance Test. 30 Impaired Glucose Regulation (IGR) patients were enrolled as testing subjects and 25 age and sex-matched normal person were selected as normal control. The subjects underwent pure-tone audiometry, acoustic immitance audiometry examination. IGR patients were divided into two groups, group with primary complaint of deafness (A) and group without (B).Results (1) Compared with the control group, hearing loss in IGR group was significantly increased(46.67% vs 12%,χ2 = 7.674, P =0.006 ).(2)5 cases in IGR Group A (with deafness complaint) had hearing loss (80.00%).10 cases in IGR group B (without deafness complaint) had hearing loss (40.00%). Compared with the control group, high-frequency hearing loss in IGR group B was significantly increased(P=0.015).(3) Hearing loss in Group B with the complaint of tinnitus was not statistically different from that with non- tinnitus complaint (P =0.404).Conclusions The incidence of hearing loss in patients with IGR was significantly increased.Hearing loss in IGR may occur before onset of symptoms of deafness, and high-frequency hearing loss was more performed.
